How can I ensure the authenticity of the products?
We utilize advanced AI technology to create a digital fingerprint for each item sold. This fingerprint is compared upon the receipt of any returns, ensuring that the item returned is the same as the one purchased. Additionally, each item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity tag to further guarantee its legitimacy.

What is your return policy?
Items purchased from Kent & Hudson can be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when purchased, with all tags and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee may apply to applicable returns.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, resulting in a total estimated delivery time of approximately 4 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly, ensuring that you receive the correct product or a suitable replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kent & Hudson only ships orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can track your delivery status via the courier's website or through our “Track Your Order” page on our website.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
