Refund policy
Kent & Hudson accepts eligible returns within fourteen 14 days of the date shipped to you. Please see our full return and refund policy details below.
Return Eligibility
- Item(s) purchased online must be postmarked and sent to us within fourteen (14) days of the date it was received. If the item you purchased from Kent & Hudson does not meet that requirement, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are buying online and picking up in our store location(s), please know you have 14 days from your pick-up date to return your order.
- All tags must still be attached to receive a refund. This includes any Certificate of Authenticity tag along with any Kent & Hudson tag.
- All items must be in the same condition and include all extras as when purchased which may include boxes, dust bags, care cards etc. must accompany the return to receive a refund. If the item is not in the same condition or there are any missing accessories or tags, a refund will not be processed.
- Kent & Hudson utilizes AI technology to create a digital fingerprint of each item sold. This fingerprint will be compared upon the receipt of your return. This digital fingerprint must match to complete your refund as this assures both parties that the item that was initially purchased is the same as returned.
- Kent & Hudson is not responsible for any additional damage or wear to an item after purchase. Items purchased at Kent & Hudson are all pre-owned condition and we are unable to honor any brand warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process, nor are we affiliated, authorized or in any way associated with the manufacturer of the brand. We are highly experienced to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to predict how future use will impact an item.

To start a return, please reach out to us at info@kentandhudson.com or call us at +1 727-426-7522. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a return form along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping. For your protection, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s any damage, defects, or errors in your order, contact us right away so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will apply to applicable returns.
Refunds
We generally process refunds within 3-5 business days of receipt of the item(s), and the refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.
