How Our Buying Process Works

1. Submit Photos for a Quote: Text or email photos of the items you wish to sell to (727) 426-7522 or info@kentandhudson.com. Please include clear shots of the exterior, interior, corners, handles, and any original packaging or accessories.
2. Receive Your Preliminary Quote: Our team will review your submission and provide a preliminary offer based on current market value and condition.
3. Bring It In or Ship to Us:
   • In-Person: Bring your item to our Safety Harbor boutique during store hours.
   • By Mail: If you need to ship your item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for secure delivery.
4. Inspection & Entrupy Authentication: Upon receiving your bag, we inspect its physical condition and run it through our official Entrupy luxury authentication system to confirm authenticity.
5. Get Paid On the Spot: Once authentication is verified and we agree on the final offer, we write you a check immediately!
